Pricing

Clear options (NYC)

Home support is priced differently than business support, so you always know what applies to you. Travel fee may apply based on distance, parking, and tolls (quoted before scheduling).

Home support

On-demand or flat-rate package

Best for Wi-Fi issues, speed problems, printers, setup, and everyday tech.

  • Remote: $50/hr (30-minute minimum; billed in 30-minute increments)
  • On-site (home): $70/hr (2-hour minimum)
Home Essentials (flat-rate): $150. Up to 2.5 hours on-site and up to 2 standard devices. Includes Wi-Fi optimization, a basic security check, and a clear handoff.
Small business support

Starter package plus monthly options

We confirm scope and pricing before starting. If anything changes, we pause and get approval in writing.

Small Business Starter (flat-rate): $349. Up to 4 hours on-site. Great for office Wi-Fi, workstations, printers, and basic email or security cleanup.

  • Tier A (Solo): 1 user, 1 computer, 1 mobile device (phone or iPad), 1 printer
  • Tier B (Small team): up to 3 users, up to 3 computers, 1 printer, basic Wi-Fi and router troubleshooting
  • Tier C (Office setup): up to 5 users, up to 5 computers, 1 printer, basic access, email, and MFA guidance

Boundaries: excludes servers and Active Directory, major cabling projects, advanced VLAN redesigns, compliance programs, after-hours emergency response, and large migrations. If extra scope is needed, we quote it in writing first.

Hourly and project support When needed
For one-time fixes or projects (Wi-Fi rebuilds, onboarding cleanup, call flow rebuilds). We confirm scope and a not-to-exceed range first.
How we prevent surprises

If we discover something outside the original scope (hardware failure, ISP outage, unusual complexity), we pause, explain options, and provide a written estimate before continuing. No extra work proceeds without your approval.
