Home support is priced differently than business support, so you always know what applies to you. Travel fee may apply based on distance, parking, and tolls (quoted before scheduling).
On-demand or flat-rate package
Best for Wi-Fi issues, speed problems, printers, setup, and everyday tech.
- Remote: $50/hr (30-minute minimum; billed in 30-minute increments)
- On-site (home): $70/hr (2-hour minimum)
Starter package plus monthly options
We confirm scope and pricing before starting. If anything changes, we pause and get approval in writing.
